I highly recommend using a discount site to book your hotel.
Try these:
- Searches multiple sites all together.
- No booking fees!
- The name your own price option is great!
- "downtown" area includes LSU
- Easier than priceline. Pick your area, number of stars, and you're done.
* If you are going to try hotwire or priceline, pay close attention to their maps and make sure you're
not getting a hotel in Denham Springs, Port Allen, or somewhere else far away. If you have questions, feel
free to ask me.
* Do some research on prices first and then use "choose your own price" to offer about half of the
average. It works and it's awesome. :)
